Cookie Policy

Minerva uses a small number of strictly necessary first-party cookies and local-storage items, and uses Google Analytics for product analytics only after you consent to the analytics category. We do not use advertising, marketing, or session-replay trackers. Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under EU/UK rules; analytics runs only with your consent. We list everything here for transparency.

Strictly necessary storage

minerva_session (keeps you signed in); Cognito OAuth state/nonce cookies (secure sign-in); local-storage keys for recent models, bookmarks, job-queue state, notifications, and result tables (remember your in-app state). These cannot be turned off without breaking the service.

Analytics (with your consent)

If you accept the analytics category, we load Google Analytics (gtag.js, operated by Google) to understand how the product is used. Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* cookies (typically up to two years) to measure usage. We run Google Consent Mode v2: until you consent, Google Analytics loads in a cookieless, consent-denied state and stores nothing; rejecting analytics, or a Global Privacy Control signal, keeps it off. You can change this any time via Privacy choices.

Third-party surfaces you may reach

Paddle (checkout and billing portal) and Amazon Cognito (sign-in) set their own cookies on their own pages. If the TradingView screener is enabled, it loads a TradingView widget that may set third-party storage; it is disclosed here and treated as a non-essential embed that can be blocked.

If we add non-essential cookies

We will show a consent banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential storage with equal ease, and a preferences panel, before any analytics, advertising, or non-essential embed runs. You can reach your choices any time via Privacy choices.

Global Privacy Control

We detect and honor GPC. We do not sell or share personal information.
