Subscription Terms

Plans and price. Researcher is $11.99/month and Trader is $199/month, billed in advance. Prices exclude any tax shown at checkout.

Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price for successive monthly terms until you cancel. We charge your payment method at the start of each term. By subscribing you give express, informed consent to these recurring charges.

How to cancel (click to cancel). You can cancel any time from Account → Billing or via the Stripe customer portal, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid term. We do not impose retention steps that block cancellation.

Reminders and change notices.We send renewal and material-change notices as required by law (including California’s automatic-renewal law). If we change the price or material terms, we notify you in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See the Refund/Credit Policy.

EU/UK consumers.You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. If you ask us to begin the service immediately, you may lose that right once the service is fully performed; we record your acknowledgment at checkout and confirm it by email. From 19 June 2026 you can also withdraw using the “withdraw from contract here” control in Account → Billing.

Proof of consent. We retain your affirmative-consent record for at least three years (or one year after termination, whichever is longer).
