Subscription Terms

Plans and price. Each paid plan is offered on a monthly or an annual term, billed in advance. Researcher is $99/month, or $948 for a one-year term (equivalent to $79/month). Trader is $249/month, or $2,388 for a one-year term (equivalent to $199/month). On an annual term the full amount for the year is charged up front as a single payment, not monthly. Institutional plans are priced by agreement. Prices exclude any tax shown at checkout.

Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price for successive terms of the same length as the term you purchased — monthly plans renew each month, annual plans renew each year — until you cancel. We charge your payment method at the start of each term. By subscribing you give express, informed consent to these recurring charges.

How to cancel (click to cancel). You can cancel any time from Account → Billing or via the Paddle customer portal, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid term. We do not impose retention steps that block cancellation.

Reminders and change notices. We send renewal and material-change notices as required by law (including California’s automatic-renewal law). If we change the price or material terms, we notify you in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Refunds. Subscription fees may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as described in our Refund/Credit Policy.

EU/UK consumers. You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. If you ask us to begin the service immediately, you may lose that right once the service is fully performed; we record your acknowledgment at checkout and confirm it by email. You can also withdraw using the “withdraw from contract here” control in Account → Billing.

Proof of consent. We retain your affirmative-consent record for at least three years (or one year after termination, whichever is longer).
