Refund & Credit Policy
Minerva is research and backtesting software operated by Minerva One, Inc. It is not investment advice and does not execute live trades.
Subscriptions — 14-day money-back guarantee. Minerva subscriptions are sold through our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle. You may request a full refund of a subscription charge within 14 days of that charge, for any reason. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and your plan ends when the refund is issued.
Credits are non-refundable. Credit packs are consumable and are delivered to your balance immediately, so credit purchases are not covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee and are non-refundable once delivered, except where refunds are required by law (see Statutory rights below). Credits never expire and have no cash value.
How to request. To request a refund, contact us at info@minerva1.com or use the “Need help?” link on your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.
Statutory rights. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/EEA and UK), that right applies in addition to the window above and is unaffected by this policy.
Credits — never expire. Purchased credits never expire and carry no service, dormancy, or maintenance fee. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except where required by law.
Auto-top-up. Minerva does not offer auto-top-up; you are never charged automatically to replenish credits.
