Refund & Credit Policy

Subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current term.

Credits — never expire. Purchased credits never expire and carry no service, dormancy, or maintenance fee. Credits have no cash value except where required by law and are non-transferable. Credits are not a deposit, stored-value/gift card, or money, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where law requires.

No discretionary refunds. We do not provide discretionary or change-of-mind refunds for credits or subscriptions. Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, we honor it. Payment-network reversals (chargebacks) and disputes are handled as exceptions and may reduce your credit balance accordingly.

Promotional credits. Promotional credits are tracked separately for abuse control, do not expire, and may carry use conditions disclosed when granted.

Auto-top-up. Minerva does not offer auto-top-up; you are never charged automatically to replenish credits.
